Important Regulatory Information

Investment in this opportunity is restricted to persons who qualify under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) as follows:

High Net Worth Individual

An individual with (i) annual income of not less than £100,000; or (ii) net assets of £250,000 or more, excluding their primary residence and pension benefits.

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor

An individual who, within the preceding two years, satisfies at least one of the following: employment in private equity or SME finance; directorship of a company with annual turnover exceeding £1 million; two or more investments in unlisted companies; or membership of a business angel network for at least six months.

Certified Sophisticated Investor

An individual who, within the preceding three years, has been issued with a certificate by an FCA-authorised person attesting to their capacity to understand the risks associated with non-readily realisable securities.

Only individuals who meet one of the above classifications are legally permitted to invest.
